• —Contact form: when you submit the form, your name, email address, company name (if provided) and message are sent through this website’s hosting and delivered to my mailbox as an email. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website.
• —Email correspondence: the information you choose to include when you write to me.
• —Technical data: when you visit this website, the hosting provider may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of access, for security and to keep the website running.

Providing your details is voluntary. Without an email address, however, I cannot reply to your enquiry.

• —To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare an offer: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6⁠(⁠1⁠)⁠(⁠b⁠) GDPR) or, for general questions, my legitimate interest in responding to messages I receive (Article 6⁠(⁠1⁠)⁠(⁠f⁠) GDPR).

I do not use your data for automated decision‑making or profiling.

• —If we start working together, data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards for as long as required by Latvian accounting and tax law.
• —Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period in line with its own retention practices.

I do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed on my behalf by service providers that help me run this website and communicate with you:

• —Website hosting and the contact form: Lovable, with content and form requests handled through Cloudflare’s network. They process technical connection data (such as IP address and time of access) and pass form submissions on to my email provider.
• —Email: Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), which stores the emails I receive.

These providers act as processors and may only process your data according to my instructions.

Cloudflare is a US‑based company and may process technical connection data outside the EU⁠/⁠EEA. Such transfers rely on the EU⁠–⁠US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Emails I receive are stored by my email provider in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load resources from third parties: fonts are hosted together with the site. No data is sent to third parties during a normal visit. To limit spam, the contact form uses a hidden field and a short‑term limit on the number of submissions; this does not involve cookies.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise your rights, write to vladija@senseadvisory.eu. I will respond within one month.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
